Hotel zum Erwin

I spent two nights at the hotel and was very satisfied -- especially considering the reasonable price.

I'm staying at the Hotel zum Erwin for the duration of my training. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The staff is fantastic; if there's ever a problem, you can always find someone to talk to, whether in person or by phone. They take care of the issue very quickly. The breakfast isn't huge, but there's something for everyone. All in all, it's a great place to stay at a really fair price. And you're right in the center, where you can easily stroll through the streets.

I was very satisfied. Someone was always available to answer my questions – the room was clean and quiet. I was there for a seminar that has two more sessions, and I've already booked the other two weekends there as well.

Located in the heart of tranquil Durlach. A train station is right nearby for easy access to Karlsruhe. The room was a good size and had everything you could need! Comfortable beds! Super friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious too. The courtyard is a lovely place to relax, even late in the evening. Free parking is available nearby. All in all, a wonderful stay! Many thanks to the team!

Creaking floorboards, real wood, heavy curtains, antique furniture – everything breathes history. And that's precisely what makes a stay here so special. The rooms are simple yet cozy. No frills, no excessive luxury – just peace, authenticity, and a warm, welcoming feeling, like visiting old friends. You immediately notice: this place hasn't been styled to perfection, but rather lovingly cared for. Breakfast was down-to-earth and prepared with care – not a buffet frenzy, but quality made with heart. A particular highlight was the personal atmosphere. The hosts take their time, offer tips about the surrounding area, and are present but never intrusive. What I especially appreciated: nothing here feels artificial or contrived. Everything seems genuine, human, and unpretentious – and that's a rare find these days. In short: a wonderful place for anyone who appreciates authenticity. I'd love to come back.
