Pentahotel Kassel
Visitors frequently praise the Pentahotel Kassel for its friendly and attentive staff, excellent and plentiful breakfast, and good value for money. However, a common complaint is the lack of in-room amenities such as kettles, refrigerators, and drinking water, and some guests found the rooms to be dated or in need of refurbishment.

Short-notice booking, 24-hour check-in, friendly staff, excellent food and drinks, and very reasonably priced. Everything seems well thought out. We had a very pleasant stopover. The pool table is a great place to relax (free of charge)!
A very nice hotel. A bit pricey at €129, but the breakfast was plentiful, featuring five different savory and five sweet pastries, as well as two juices, muesli, dried fruit, spreads, bread and rolls, cake, quiche, six types of coffee, and three types of hot chocolate. The room had a double bed, an open wardrobe, a bathtub, a toilet, a sink, a large mirror, and a table. Very comfortably furnished.
Definitely okay for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable. However, you expect something different from a 4-star hotel. This seems to be a recurring issue with hotels these days. Where was the kettle with coffee? A water bottle? We missed having a refrigerator. The location is quite good due to its proximity to the train station. Tram, bus, bakery, a café, a shopping center, various restaurants – all very close by. It's easy to get to Wilhelmshöhe Park, the Hercules monument, or the city center from here. The staff was friendly, but clearly understaffed. Kassel doesn't seem to be doing particularly well financially. We noticed that staff reductions are commonplace, and this hotel seemed to be a prime example. Especially on weekends, you can't expect one person to be a jack-of-all-trades. Nobody can be in two places at once.
This is the first time I've encountered a hotel where guest rooms aren't cleaned daily; it's truly outrageous.
A perfect hotel with excellent value for money. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every guest is satisfied. The rooms are clean, which is the most important thing 😍. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired 😍. The food at the hotel is also delicious and more than reasonably priced. Parking at the hotel is available for a fee, but it's calculated precisely by the hour or at a fixed daily rate. The only downside during our stay was that the sauna was being renovated, but the fitness room was fantastic. 💪🏻👍🏻 Please keep up the great work!
A superb hotel with very wide beds, great mattresses, a superb breakfast buffet and friendly people.
A very simple, unpretentious hotel. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and very varied. The service was first-class.
