For €40 a night, you can't expect a luxury room, of course. The location right in the city center was fantastic, and the man at reception, when he was there, was friendly and even gave us forks for our food when we asked. Unfortunately, that's pretty much where the positives end. Our room looked like it had seen better days many years ago. Some of the furniture was badly worn and scratched, and there was a pillow and two balloons left in the closet, presumably from previous guests. There was hair everywhere, the toilet, sink, and shower weren't really clean, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. On top of that, there was a musty smell with a slight hint of mold. To be honest, I didn't want to shower there, even though it was very hot. Most of the windows couldn't be opened, and the one that did open led directly to someone else's balcony. Our friends' room wasn't any better in terms of hygiene. There were mysterious stains everywhere, a wet and partially moldy bathroom, and a spider with what felt like 100 offspring as additional roommates. The LED light in the shower flickered constantly. A lighter and some kind of hair tie were found under the mattress. There was no proper wardrobe, only a shelf glued down with football stickers and a partially broken coat rack. The only windows were two small cellar hatches that couldn't even be fully opened. There was also a strong smell of stale smoke and a partially disassembled smoke detector. The electrical outlets in both rooms also seemed rather dubious. In short: The location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly. However, anyone who values cleanliness, hygiene, and a reasonably well-maintained environment should invest a bit more money.

I need a copy of the invoice – I've been chasing after it for weeks. Customer inquiries are completely ignored here. Stay away, the rooms aren't great either.

We stayed from May 15th to 16th, 2026, and had planned to stay for two days, but the shower was dirty, dusty, and there were cobwebs everywhere that hadn't been removed. In our opinion, this hotel doesn't deserve a single star, and the reception staff didn't care about our complaints. Stay away from this hotel. It's cramped and dirty. Absolutely zero stars for absolutely nothing.

The location is great; you can get to the city center quickly. Unfortunately, the room was anything but. It smelled unpleasant, and there was a broken mattress on the bed, with another, very dirty mattress on top of it. I felt very uncomfortable.
