Besides the RELAx Club in Nordwalde, this is the second retirement home with musty-smelling rooms that they call a sauna. They haven't invested anything in it for decades. The cabins are reminiscent of shacks in Brazilian slums. They're sloppily painted. Long-time regulars never get even the bare minimum of freebies. Sorry, but time has stood still there, and the rickety old people are enough to make you depressed.

A very nice little men's sauna that's open to everyone on the first Thursday of every month. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly; you can easily strike up a conversation. 👍

I love going to the Island Sauna. Thomas and his team are really great, lovely, and always in a good mood. You can always have great conversations, and there's a large pool, two outdoor areas, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. It's a really, really good sauna. I always enjoy going there.

I visited for the first time a few weeks ago and was very pleasantly surprised! Because of the negative comments here, I was initially a bit hesitant, but now after my visit, I can say that a visit will always be worthwhile! The atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting, and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly (thanks again, Thomas, for showing me around so well). The food and drinks are very reasonably priced, clean, freshly served, and delicious. The saunas aren't brand new, but they're clean and functional, which, in my opinion, is much more important than new features. The pool and the cruising area are spotlessly clean and inviting. All in all, a 10/10! Thumbs up to the owner, and I'll definitely be back!

I've been to the gay sauna in Münster several times. I really like it there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very clean. The prices are reasonable too. I would definitely go back. Best regards, Ingo

The only thing I enjoyed were the sauna infusions I participated in. The rest of the sauna was quite outdated, and two saunas weren't working at all, which I found very disappointing. They could have mentioned that these saunas were broken at the entrance; then I probably wouldn't have gone to the island sauna at all.
