Unfortunately, there was no one at reception during the stated opening hours, so we had no contact with the hotel staff, which was a bit of a shame. The hotel's location and accessibility were excellent. The room was sparsely furnished but not bad, so overall it was fine. However, there had apparently been water damage some time ago, resulting in unsightly brown stains on the wall. All in all, though, you can't really go wrong with this hotel for the low price.
The location was fantastic, and the bed was fine, but otherwise, I found the water stains combined with the stuffy, musty smell in the room as soon as the windows were closed rather odd. The bathroom was also incredibly hot and stuffy. We didn't see anyone at reception, even though it was supposed to be open. It was okay for one night, but not for a longer stay.
Avoid this hotel!!!! YOU WILL GET BITES THERE. I was forced to move out, and the hotel management, who was impossible to contact, refused to refund even the remaining days. Not to mention compensation for damages. I had to urgently wash everything and throw out my suitcase. I highly recommend not staying there even for the night. It's better to pay a little extra and stay at a different hotel. Because you'll wake up covered in bites in the morning. But the adventure begins right at the beginning. You won't be able to get into the hotel after 2:00 PM; the entry codes they send you in the app don't work. You have to call them to get a new entry code, which was difficult since I'd just arrived and had no service. After a long dance in front of the door, I finally got into my room, only to discover that none of the outlets in the room worked, nor did the light. And a metal rod was sticking out of one of the outlets. The electrician was in no hurry, and in the end they moved me to a room with bedbugs.
The rooms are okay, yes, the furniture is old and it shows. There were a few stains here and there.
We stayed here for a few days with our child, and although we indicated this in our reservation, there was no extra bed for the child. Therefore, the three of us had to share a double bed with two mattresses. This was fine since there were no extra charges for the child. Check-in and check-out were seamless. While the reception isn't staffed, you can always reach someone by phone. Unfortunately, parking is very limited, which makes parking difficult. The location is fantastic, as you can reach the city center in just a few minutes on foot. The hotel itself is not wheelchair accessible.
