Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was extremely small, the TV was outdated and offered virtually no entertainment options, and the shower was so cramped that it was difficult to enter comfortably. The entire building feels old, and even the elevator appeared to have issues. Housekeeping was poor. On the second day, I used up the toilet paper, and although the room was supposedly cleaned, no replacement roll was provided. Even more frustrating, on the morning of checkout I was disturbed three separate times by staff knocking on my door to clean the room. At exactly 12:00, housekeeping entered the room without knocking, despite a late checkout having been requested. When I explained this, the response was simply that reception had not informed them. No apology was offered. Parking is another major inconvenience. There is no proper hotel parking nearby. The closest option is far away, requires additional payment, and is not managed by the hotel. If you leave the parking garage during the day, you lose the daily rate and must pay hourly charges again. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of comfort, service, and organization. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst value-for-money hotel experiences I’ve had and I would not stay here again
I would give zero stars if I could, but unfortunately that's not possible. The lobby isn't air-conditioned, the rooms smell of old carpet, the room air conditioner smells, the bathroom isn't clean, and the towels are dirty with makeup and hair. There's no refrigerator. It's like something out of 1970... No parking.
It's clean, the breakfast is good, and it's nice.
The lady at reception was very nice ☺️
