I stayed at this hotel for two nights in mid-June and had a great time. The property is brand new, only three months old when I stayed, and is tastefully and modernly furnished. The impeccable cleanliness and the tasty, varied breakfast complete the excellent impression I had. Nicos, the manager, is attentive, kind, and thoughtful, and the family-run management speaks volumes about the attention they give to their guests. Congratulations, keep up the good work. Thank you for everything. Sergio

You can tell by the greeting you get..... Nick and Eleni, their daughter Eirini and the beautiful Eirini on reception who all welcomed us were brilliant. This is the best hotel so far in our month in Greece - and by a long way. I've stayed in probably 600 hotels in the last 30 years - Anesea City Hotel is right up there with the best five stars. Come and stay, it's wonderful. Highlights are the owners and staff, the rooms are gorgeous, the pillows are perfect, the beds sensational and the breakfast which changes often is delicious. After six wonderful nights we had an early flight. No worries, our hosts delivered a breakfast box to our room at 8pm the night. Absolute class service and care. We had come from a five star in Athens where we were also leaving before breakfast - that hotel told us fairly clearly bad luck.....Regards Ken and Margaret Gevaux from Brisbane Australia.

Our stay at Anesea was without a doubt one of the BEST hotel experiences we have ever had and quite possibly the best stay we’ve had anywhere in Europe. The staff are exceptional… it’s hospitality as it should be…warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their kindness and hospitality truly set this hotel apart. Rooms were absolutely immaculate. Every detail was meticulously maintained, and the level of cleanliness was outstanding.. absolute Quality! Breakfast was fantastic, a wonderful selection of fresh high quality food prepared and presented with care. It was the perfect way to start each day specially with kids. We had a convenient parking and the hotel’s ideal location, just five minutes from Heraklion Airport making travel effortless. We travel frequently across Europe and this hotel stands out as one of the finest we have ever experienced.

This hotel is the nicest place I've stayed in Greece, and one of the best places I've ever stayed anywhere - especially at this price point! Extremely comfortable and clean and very welcoming.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and in a great location with good parking nearby. The rooms are nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, great shower and separate toilet, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. We thought that the robes were a nice bonus! The owners are extremely kind, and gave a great dinner recommendation. Unfortunately we left too early to try their breakfast (when the owners heard, they set out paper to go cups for us to take away coffee!) but we will next time!

We only stayed one night, excellent connection to the airport and only 15 minutes by bus to the city center, very friendly staff, breakfast buffet was adequate
