The rooms need renovation. Water pressure in the bathroom quite low. Noisy in the corridors. There was also a party in the hotel pool with loud music until 23:30, ignoring whether some customers have enough early morning awakening. On the positive side, the rich breakfast. Very nice. I wish they would proceed with a renovation program because they have nice hotels in good locations in Thessaloniki and Heraklion.

On 11/06 I had to urgently spend the night in Thessaloniki due to a delay at Macedonia Airport. I called the hotel and a very kind gentleman from the night shift answered, unfortunately I don't remember his name and I say unfortunately because such wonderful people should be mentioned by name. He made me feel so calm and confident! Arriving at the hotel late at night, I was greeted by both reception staff with a big smile and ready to help me. Only congratulations and thank you very much for a wonderful although short hospitality. The room was very clean, beautiful, had everything and above all quiet!! 10/10 🤗🤗🤗

I don't understand how it got 4 stars, but this is a terrible dump that hasn't been updated in 40 years. Terrible beds, bathroom, shower, food, elevators. I could list a lot. I don't know if it's worth the money, as we didn't choose to stay there, but I would never pay a single euro to stay here. The service is decent, and the staff is very friendly. If the building itself and the rooms were updated, it could have gotten 5 stars, but for now, it doesn't deserve more than 2.
