Danubius Hotel Gellert

This is the hotel that I personally would give another 💫!!! Huge, clean, constantly refreshed/cleaned, the staff is 100% polite, hospitable, everyone from the hygienist to the receptionist is smiling.... the rooms are spacious, with welcome coffee, tea and water, the beds are like kings - soft and comfortable, and the next day you are more than rested, the bathroom is clean with new equipment and all the necessary accessories are available, there is even a luxurious hairdryer, the safe works, a small terrace, a TV, a mini table with comfortable armchairs, everywhere a hint of light air freshener. I should also mention the breakfast, magnificent, there is nothing you can ask for and it is not there, something for everyone, delicious, delicious, delicious, the drinks are branded, the coffee is quality, the dairy drinks are whatever you want, there are also vegan milks, their bread is uniquely delicious, .... The hotel is in a very good location, close to all the sights and if you still want you can use their transport, there are lines in all directions. Thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful moments with you, I would not replace you with other options.

Excellent location and very friendly reception staff. The downside is the excessive street noise. It's impossible to sleep. They provided earplugs, which initially surprised me, but after the first night, I understand. The room cleaning was very poor. The beds were poorly made, the sheets weren't straightened, and the pillows were just thrown down and carelessly placed. We used the glasses, and they weren't replaced. For a 4-star hotel, this shouldn't have happened. It's a shame.

A luxurious hotel in the city center, with a beautiful interior and friendly service. The breakfasts are delicious and delicious. There's live cooking, a solid 4*! The parking lot is not too large, but there's a parking space under the hotel for check-in and baggage claim. The rooms are large and spacious. Comfortable beds! The street side is very noisy, even though it's open 24/7, but the windows are well-insulated. That's the charm of a centrally located hotel. It's close to the metro, shops, a pharmacy, and cafes, and a 20-minute walk to the Puskas Arena - a 10/10 location.

The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes from Keleti Railway Station. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom is very small as in hotels usually. The whole hotel is very nice and elegant. The breakfast is very varied. The staff is very nice and polite.

I came for a visit from Saudi Arabia. The hotel has a great location and is close to the city center, but the problem is the noise from cars at night while I was sleeping, and the services are very slow. I asked for a laundry room from reception, and they told me to come get the key because no one would deliver it. I also asked for a crib, and they told me to come down and get it. Overall, the hotel is good. I tried the open buffet at breakfast, but the food wasn't suitable for us as Gulf nationals.
