The location is incredible, but the condition of the bathroom was a bit too unreliable. Plus, the elevator didn't work and the balcony was restricted due to security reasons. However, one of the best places in the town!

- Central location - Spacious rooms - Quiet - Not properly cleaned In the middle of the night, a man was let into an all-female dormitory with no staff present, supposedly so he could collect his belongings which he claimed to have left there. The man was drunk and claimed that the hostel staff had unlocked our rooms for him. When we went to speak to the staff member afterwards and complained, he didn’t really respond and showed complete disinterest.

The staff isn't very helpful; some were even very rude. There's no option for early check-in unless you pay. Room cleaning was practically nonexistent; they didn't even replace our towels or toilet paper, so we had to go down to reception ourselves. The hairdryer doesn't work properly, the sink is clogged, and the toilet doesn't flush properly. The property is very noisy, even at night, and the room isn't soundproofed. There's a complete lack of privacy; there's a window in the room, poorly covered by a tiny curtain, that allows a large portion of the room to be seen from the outside. They even have the nerve to ask for a deposit, which isn't refunded immediately upon check-out; you have to wait a few days to get it back. Definitely not recommended, avoid!

The rooms are very dirty. There is dirt under the beds, and we were bitten by bed bugs. We saw bed bugs ourselves, and our friends were bitten as well. Under the mattresses, there was dirt and hair. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The room had a glass door that let in daylight. The top bunk is difficult to access. It's a shame because the staff are great.

Hostel with an excellent atmosphere, welcome, and facilities.

The rooms did not match the pictures shown. I was very negatively surprised by the poor condition of the rooms. Unfortunately, they seemed unhygienic at all, especially the bathroom, which had serious hygiene issues. It was noisy in the neighboring rooms. The only positive aspect was the location, which was about a 30-40 minute walk to the sights.
