Excellent location, just steps from both Metro lines 1 and 4. The elevator is insane because it stops at every floor and continues to go up and down depending on where it's called. The booking confirmation email stated that they could book several attractions for them at the front desk, including a boat trip on the Danube. When we asked, we were told to scan a QR code and book independently. The website showed no availability for six months. BEWARE: if you use the parking they recommend, pay at the front desk. They won't tell you, but if you pay at the parking cashier, you'll magically pay €40 per day instead of €23. The front desk is often filled with young people who don't even say hello. Insane price (increased specifically because there were two Metallica dates there). Don't go to the small café below the hotel; they take forever and only have empty croissants.

Room and bathroom at spacious size.Overdated, though. Especially the bathroom needs a total makeover. Rarely, someone uses a bathtub anymore, plus it was too high making the way out of it difficult and may I say dangerous. No vanity kit or shower cup. No toilet brush!?!? Personnel typically polite. No greetings on my way in or out of the hotel.Too noisy from the street, which is funny as the widows have double glass, still no isolation. In general, though located in an excellent area,I wouldn't choose it again unless I couldn't find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel fulfills its function of providing lodging, however it does not have a good view and is on the budget side of the place.
