Good location, walkable distance to restaurants and city center. Limited parking could be a problem for late check ins. Door codes were convenient, easy check in and entry. Shared kitchen was fully equipped. Spacious room but there was a stain in the ceiling which could be potentially a leak upstairs, hopefully they will fix it. The shower was a bit small, the curtain wraps around you when it gets wet. Plastic shower curtain might be a better fit. Good stay in general, spacious room. Laundry facility would be a great idea since the area has only one commercial laundry.

I don't recommend this place. The room smells bad. There is only one bathroom for 9 rooms. I waited for 3 hours before taking a shower. It was so painful.

This "city" guesthouse currently has only one kitchen, but they're finishing another. A single kitchen is actually underrated; fortunately, there was another table set up for breakfast in the basement.
