North Iceland Pride (Hinsegin Hatid)

Hinsegin hátíð á Norðurlandi eystra, a regional queer festival in north-east Iceland, is run by every municipality in the region along with Hinsegin Norðurland. It originated from a small festival on the island of Hrísey, which started in 2023.

The 2026 edition took place from 18 to 21 June, with events scattered across the region. You could catch a rainbow swim at the Hrafnagil pool or check out family crafts and a living-library café in Eyjafjarðarsveit. It's not a parade-centric event, though - we didn't see any pride walk listed.

The 2027 dates hadn't been announced when we checked.
