No airconditioning causes warm rooms requiring windows to be open in a loud bar district. The pillows are also too thin and soft. So its tough to sleep well with the noise, thin pillows and lack of cool air. Other than this its a solid hotel. I really want to give this hotel higher marks because it is clean, the bed is comfortable, its in a good location, the workers are nice and you a free pint at the attached pub. Hotel needs to get better pillows and air conditioning (or at least room fans) and it would be 4+stars in my book.

Impeccable service, the room was perfectly cleaned between two nights. The bar is magnificent and has a great atmosphere. One minor drawback: the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. The price is affordable for a capital city; I recommend it. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

The location is ideal, the rooms are fine, and the bar is next door.

Horribly loud, customer service very poor, not worth the amount you pay. If you're looking for a last minute place to crash after a drunken night out and have the cash it may be fine, but if you're looking to rest after exploring Dublin and get up at a reasonable time, would not recommend this place at all. There are plenty better hotels in the city if you want to rest.

After paying for the room, we discovered the TV wasn't working. We asked to change rooms. The receptionist explained that it was pointless since all the TVs in the hotel had connection problems! Avoid this hotel!
