What reviewers say

The Dean Dublin is praised for its cool vibe and attentive staff, particularly for events like hen parties and wedding receptions, with specific mention of excellent wedding planning support. However, some guests have experienced disappointing issues with room amenities, including empty toiletries, non-functional electronics, and lack of hot water, as well as complaints about the breakfast selection and perceived rudeness from reception staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic stay at The Dean Dublin. The hotel has a great atmosphere and a really stylish, modern feel. The room was comfortable, clean and beautifully presented, and everything was exactly what we needed for a great stay in the city. The staff were absolutely brilliant — friendly, welcoming, professional and very accommodating. They were always happy to help and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is also excellent for exploring Dublin, with plenty of restaurants, bars and attractions nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience and one I would happily recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! 😊

Wedding. We had our wedding in the dean hotel last weekend and after booking to the day of the wedding it has been a nightmare from discrepancies with our contract to the room in which out wedding was to be held in changed two months out from wedding due to original room not suitable for the numbers we had attending. On the day of wedding court yard unsuitable for reception drinks as construction work happening in town house scaffolding up in court yard where reception drinks to be help my partner was up at 8am the morning of our wedding as venue did not seem to know any of this then onto the wedding planner not even knowing our names on the day of our wedding our guests had to have our reception drinks on the street singer we booked was set up in the lobby of town house which is incredibly small only about 5/8 people could fit in. To then be told we where made aware of the construction before when we where most certainly not make aware we discovered all this the night before the wedding. On the night dietery requirements where not ment met i had requested 4 gluten free one vegan the vegan was offered vegetarian meal which was not vegan and gluten free just didnt come out when guests asked they where the meal was or if they could get something to they where just told no. What was supposed to be a memorable day is memorable for all the wrong reasons the stress was another level. If you or someone is thinking of booking the dean for your wedding do not book save yourself the stress cause that is all you will get if you book this venue for your wedding

Staff, rooftop restaurant are excellent . Cosy room is cosy. … Problems - the bed had a huge divot in center and the bathroom design is soooo bad . I am small and can’t fathom how a large person could even use the bathroom /shower. Looks like they are renovating and I am assuming they will be doing all rooms over as it is definitely needed. This is like a micro hotel which is fine if designed correctly .
