Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (North Docklands) hotel

Stayed here while attending a gig in the Aviva (30 minutes walk away). Staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. I will 100% book here again for any Aviva, or 3 Arena gig. Felt check in could have been organised slightly better as everyone attending the concert was checking in simultaneously. The staff managed it with aplomb, but perhaps management could have opened check in 30 minutes earlier.

The room was very nice. Unfortunately, the service at reception and in the room wasn't very good. In the room: dirty glasses and spoons. There were only enough towels for one person (we were two people), there was almost no toilet paper, and the menu in the room was badly sticky inside and out. Breakfast was very good. The location was very good.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I was blocked in the hotel’s rear car park because a vehicle belonging to a maintenance worker was parked in a way that prevented me from leaving. I went to reception, where the staff confirmed that the car belonged to one of their maintenance employees. However, they told me they had no idea where he was working and couldn’t contact or locate him. I asked to speak with the Duty Manager and suggested that someone from the maintenance team should try to find him, but I was repeatedly told that nobody knew where he was or how to reach him. I ended up waiting at reception for over two hours, constantly asking for updates, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. What surprised me the most was the complete lack of concern from the staff. During those two hours, nobody asked why I was there in my work clothes, whether I needed any assistance, or even offered me something as simple as a glass of water while I was waiting. This experience gave me the impression of very poor communication and organisation within the hotel. I expected much better customer service and a genuine effort to resolve the issue, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope the hotel improves its internal communication and how it treats people when problems like this occur.

I spent a week here and didn't regret it at all. A pleasant stay in a lovely hotel. The room is spacious and very quiet. Good breakfast selection. Room service on request, very reliable. I felt safe at all times. Tram and bus stop just a few minutes away. Groceries at Tesco right across the street. We'd love to come back again! 💚🤍🧡

It's a well-located hotel, just 11 minutes' walk from the conference centre where we had a business event. The rooms are just what you expect, adequate for the purpose. The breakfast was pretty tasty. The staff at reception and at the bar were really nice and helpful and friendly. I would recommend going to this hotel. It's near to the river front as well and very quick and easy to get to on the Dublin Express from the airport.

This is a lovely hotel so close to the 3 Arena and Dublin Port. Its the perfect place to stay, had a great nights sleep too.

Great room. Clean & comfy. Only blip was lack of towels. Only one left in room. Took some of the trolley in the corridor so all was well. Breakfast was good value & was 5 minutes from 3 arena. Would book again.

Stayed for 3 nights last year because I was attending Dublin Comic Con at The Convention Centre both the Saturday and Sunday. Bedroom was nice however, I would've like the windows to open instead being sealed shut altogether just to allow a little air in the room as the weather was kinda hot. Breakfast food was very dry and very hard to chew such as the croissants, but the cereal and drink was fine. I was dissapointed with the time of the restuarant as it seemed to be closed really early the moment I came back from Comic Con as I ended up going into the city for a bit to eat. I'll probaly book this again but not for Comic Con, but as a standard holiday next time

The rooms were decent and clean, but the room service wasn't great. Overall, though, this hotel is still recommendable.
