Just because a hotel is expensive doesn’t mean it’s worth the price. My experiences here were inconsistent: sometimes you get what you pay for, and other times it feels like you’re paying for nothing. Which version you get seems to come down to luck. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after experiencing this firsthand, I felt it was imperative to share an honest perspective with future guests. The gym is overcrowded exactly during the crucial hours you’d actually want to visit, making it frustratingly difficult to get a proper workout when it matters. The pool is uninviting due to cleanliness concerns, and getting a turn in the jacuzzi is nearly impossible. Hygiene in the water areas is also a real issue; it’s clear many guests don’t bother showering before entering, which is both disappointing and unhygienic. For the premium price tag, I expected far better consistency and upkeep. Manage your expectations before booking.
