I was at the restaurant this evening. The receptionist was very friendly, the clientele was a bit older, but I had a good time. Before leaving, I drank a delicious prosecco, again served by the nice receptionist. I highly recommend this place.
Hello everyone, a couple of days ago I went to the sauna (Cosmos). It was really nice. The owner is always very elegant in his welcoming manner, he's the best. Thanks.
I'm updating my review to fully share Selina Toccafondi's observations and the owners' responses. For me, the Cosmos Club sauna is a welcoming place to feel good, whether I'm looking for relaxation or fun. I always feel good here and return as often as I can. In fact, since today is a chilly day, I'll go in the afternoon for some warmth. Thanks to the owners and those who appreciate this place and its unique features: courtesy, tranquility, hygiene, hospitality, and pleasant company if you want to be in good company... See you later. Perhaps there will be more modern facilities, but decor isn't everything, on the contrary... I've been a member for over a year and frequent this sauna whenever I can. I've always had a great experience, both with the welcome—always available and friendly—and with the customers; I've always met polite and kind people. For me, going to Cosmos is always a pleasure, and I hope to return many more times... unfortunately, I don't manage to go as often as I'd like. Even the last time (unfortunately several weeks ago now) I had a great time and I had a good time... perhaps my expectations are lower than those who criticize, but for me it is always very pleasant to spend time in this sauna... see you soon.
Friendly place - some Italian is required, spacious and clean- initially difficult to find in a courtyard off the main street opposite the Europa hotel. Mainly older clientele but b good
Be warned that you need nonsense membership that is €17 to then pay for entrance fee and then eventually you can go in. That's at least 15 minutes at the door, trying to scan your passport and create membership that is not needed for anything. So I don't understand their business model, why they don't want tourists come, have good time and spend money supporting gay bars in Italy. That is few hundreds euros lost straightaway.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They charge double entrance fee, one called ticket and one called forced membership that means nothing and gives you nothing.
At the entrance, all three staff were very polite and sociable. I went on Epiphany Day when it was snowing. They were polite in asking questions. The place was super sanitized. The changing rooms were completely disinfected and visible with mattresses turned upside down. The only sanitized sauna.
