Twist Bistrot
Visitors frequently praise Twist Bistrot for its cozy, unique atmosphere, beautiful vintage decor, and friendly staff, with many highlighting the great coffee and sandwiches. However, a recurring complaint is that some staff members can be rude and impatient, with one reviewer noting that the acoustic nights sometimes don't fit the venue's vibe.

Hole in the wall. Different vibe with books, dolls, doll outfits, art and sketches on the wall. The staff is warm and inviting.
drinks were great and the atmosphere is really charming, however the 40-50 year old male bartender that night was incredibly creepy, handsy, and inappropriate towards me, harassing me incessantly and asking me incredibly disgusting questions when my friend went to the restroom and i was left alone. he persisted endlessly, it was only til a lovely older couple saw my visible discomfort and conversed with us for a while, did we then feel safe to leave… such a shame and disappointment
I often go there for coffee during my lunch break, and they're always very friendly and approachable. They also offer a variety of lunch options; I've tried the focaccia several times, and they're very good. The prices are excellent, considering it's in the center of Florence and its unique location.
