I could not have asked for a better hotel! Stayed there two nights with a large group of 17 and the staff made sure all of our needs/requests were fully met by going above and beyond. We all were super appreciative of their efforts, especially towards Claudia and Dana who provided great service and spoke excellent English. I even grabbed a Negroni drink with them and learned a lot about Italian culture. Other than the thoughtful service, the bar/restaurant food was amazing, the show had lovely music, and the spa was very well designed to be relaxing.

Very disappointing and misleading - not a five-star experience We stayed at this hotel on the nights of 13th and 14th March after making a last-minute booking for a family studio at €386 per night (prepaid, with no alternative booking options). On arrival late in the evening, we were informed that the room we had booked, a family studio with a separate bedroom and sitting room, was not available. We were given an alternative room and, given how late it was, we reluctantly accepted it for the night. However, by the next morning it was clear that the accommodation was wholly inadequate and did not match what had been advertised. The room was extremely dark, with very little natural light due to high windows facing a wall. The bathroom was also not fit for purpose, with only a bathtub and an outdated, poorly functioning showerhead that made showering very difficult. More generally, the hotel felt dated and worn throughout. It was far below what would reasonably be expected of a five-star boutique hotel and, in reality, felt closer to a tired three-star property. The photos and descriptions online are very misleading. Breakfast was equally disappointing. There was no proper buffet, just a few cakes, and the à la carte options were limited and poorly prepared. For example, a “cheese omelette” was served with a slice of processed cheese placed on top. Breakfast was also served in a dim, basement-like room that felt damp and uninviting. The communal areas were small, basic, and lacking in comfort. Overall, the experience was so poor that we decided to leave after the first night and booked alternative accommodation at our own expense. We requested a refund for the unused second night and were told we would be contacted. After waiting for the reply for a very long time we were finally informed that we were not eligible for a refund since we voluntarily moved out of the hotel. Having to pay in full upfront for a room that was misrepresented, and then not even receiving the room booked, is deeply unfair and misleading.

I'm 2 days in to a 4 day stay and the service and food has been nothing but excellent. The beds are very comfortable, too. Thank you to all the staff!

Be careful, it’s not a five stars hotel, far away from that, lousy rooms, very poor breakfast, in the end you will get that feeling of what I am doing here. What saves the hotel was the location and outstanding staff that are aware of the poor facilities but they do everything to save you!
