A charming hotel offering spacious and clean rooms in an ideal location. Numerous cultural sites, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The staff is also very friendly. One small drawback: the shower gel samples are insufficient, and the breakfast is rather basic.

Biggest problem I have with this hotel is the attitude to the staff, I understand if there is an issue but how they went about it is unprofessional and I am someone who is usually easy going with staff of customer service places because I understand they sometimes don’t get treated the best. So I got woken up by water raining on me. I went to complain and they were complain how it was going to cost them 15k in euros and being rude to me about this. Very unprofessional from the staff it is not my problem if about a repair and I don’t need to hear about how it is going to cost us a lot of money. Yes they switched me rooms but didn’t offer to help me move my bags when they were heavy and made it difficult for me and was acting like it was a me problem for their roof having issues. Look at the past reviews they are rude to those who give negative reviews that should be a huge red flag to avoid them.

Nice hotel, in front of a public garden. Staff and reception were friendly. Our room was overlooking the internal yard, with a balcony and also TV, desk and mini fridge, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good. Soap and towels were provided. Reception can reserve taxi for places you want to visit. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out.

Hi guys, I'd like to inform you that the rooms are tiny, dirty (we found lots of hair and dust), and unsuitable for the number of people staying there. Through other people we know, we discovered that the 2/3/4-bed rooms had virtually the same capacity despite holding different numbers of people. The food is average if not mediocre and appears to consist mostly of pre-packaged snacks. The service was inattentive and rude. Thanks only to that poor saint who cleaned our room. Rating 10. Unfortunately, our stay was unsatisfactory. The staff was rude and unhelpful to our needs, despite us being a school group. Furthermore, the breakfast quality was decidedly poor. I should also note that a €2 per person luggage storage fee was deducted. I would not recommend it.

I want to give the best possible rating to this hotel, which, at a great price, gave me a beautiful, spacious room on the top floor with exposed beams. Even though the building is dated, it deserves the best rating because they treated me very well. I was ill on the last day, and they kindly let me check out later. Thank you.

A terrible experience from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted extremely rudely, with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude, as if we were animals and not paying customers. We were a school group, but instead of receiving understanding or even a modicum of welcome, we were treated with no respect, almost as if we were inhuman. The disorganization was evident from the start: confusing information, constant shifting of responsibility onto us, and blaming the students for every problem, even when it had nothing to do with us. A truly appalling level of management. The room we were assigned was practically hidden at the back of the hotel, tiny and completely unsuitable for four people: less than 5 square meters, where it was impossible to move around. The hygienic conditions were appalling: there was dirt under the beds that had accumulated for who knows how long, and the room in general was poorly maintained. The worst, however, was the bathroom, where we found an entire colony of ants. An unacceptable and decidedly unhygienic situation, which made the stay even more unpleasant. An experience not to be repeated, and one I strongly advise against for anyone seeking even a modicum of respect, cleanliness, and organization.

My class arrived at the hotel, dropped off our bags, and went for a tour of the city. Upon our return, three of my classmates and I were assigned a double room with four beds. We complained, but the receptionist that day (March 25, 2026) was very rude, slamming the door in our faces, saying there was nothing she could do. Then, after repeatedly asking for information, she told us to contact the manager. He was nice, and the next day he changed our room, but the lady's behavior the night before was indelible, even towards my other classmates. It was a terrible experience. I hope I never return to this hotel! PS: If we're being picky, the cleanliness of the rooms wasn't even optimal, as when I picked up my suitcase to move it, a pile of dust came out, followed by hair and dust in the showers.
