Ostello Bello Firenze - Hostel and Bar

Really nice hostel in Florence, about 10 minutes from Piazza della Signoria. The rooms were nice, and they had some free food, like free pasta and leftovers from breakfast. They had a lot of social events, although they weren't that crowded because I was there in February. Staff was friendly and they were cool with you hanging in the main area before/ after checking-out

Clean, well-maintained, and has a great vibe. But the real highlight was Arianna! She was so warm, helpful, and genuinely went out of her way to make us feel welcome. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Florence. Highly recommend! (P.S. If you wanna have eggs in the breakfast you may need to have it little bir earlier :))

"The worst hostel and worst stay of my life. €175 for 2 nights in a 4-bed dorm with a shared bath, and they didn’t even provide shampoo or body wash. (Had to spend €7 at the convenience store across the street, which seemed fully prepared for this). For this price, I had to make my own bed. Plus, there is a bar downstairs and it was extremely loud. A completely miserable experience." The blanket is dirty! And they only provide one sheet, so the other side of the blanket is still dirty. It’s impossible not to touch the dirty parts. On top of that, the blanket is very thin. Anyone who gets cold easily will definitely freeze. This is such a terrible place to stay—it’s been a really painful accommodation experience.

The atmosphere was really great, close to everything, especially the train station, which makes it easy to find. The staff was very attentive.

I stayed in a female dorm. Everything was clean and comfortable, they have a hairdryer, and laundry is available for 8 euros. I would definitely return!

Excellent hotel, the staff are very friendly and always available should you have any problems. No issues with hygiene, and the hotel is very well located.

I liked that the location was very close to Florence Santa Maria Station. The room wasn't super clean, but they cleaned it every day and refilled the toilet paper. The reception is open 24 hours a day, so they welcomed us kindly. There are various activity programs, and the free food is excellent! The best part is being able to drink as much free coffee and water as you want! (I really liked that the free food included pasta and various fruits and vegetables.)

Great, clean, amazing atmosphere (but watch out for off-key singing on karaoke nights)
