Fantastic hotel! I stayed there for my birthday, and a lovely lady at breakfast brought me a small cake with a candle. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. It's very well located for visiting Florence. One tiny detail I think could be improved is the breakfast. Thank you so much!

A good hotel for a few days in Florence. Decent rooms, very good service and attention from all the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet was very, very limited.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the cathedral. The facilities are good, and the service at reception and in the breakfast room is very friendly. We really liked Amad. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and the rooms are impeccably tidy.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist Alexandra was incredibly helpful and explained everything perfectly. She even found gluten-free places for me to eat. At breakfast, Aman provided wonderful service, being very attentive to both of us and bringing everything to the table since my partner is visually impaired. He also gave me plenty of options for breakfast because of my celiac disease. We left very happy. A very positive experience.

We absolutely loved the location and the service was phenomenal! We had the standard room: The bed was big and comfortable and we loved that the window doors opened to the city, however, the bathroom is extremely small, especially the shower and the tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t stream. We would absolutely stay again but we would pick the deluxe room for a bigger/normal sized bathroom. Also, the breakfast buffet in the morning is amazing!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great—close enough to all the main attractions, about a 20-minute walk, which made exploring very easy and enjoyable. What truly made my experience special, though, was the restaurant. A big thank you to the chef, Aman. His attitude, kindness, and the quality of the food he prepares are outstanding. You can really feel the care and passion in everything he does. The hotel is very lucky to have someone like him on their team. He made my stay even more memorable.

Hotel was clean, rooms were very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Meriam who was so helpful and friendly at breakfast time. Lovely lady always with a smile. I didnt know how to work the coffee machine, so everyone morning without asking she bought our coffee. Meriam us an excepcional member of staff

Very friendly and attentive breakfast staff. I would recommend Kaninchen anytime. They serve you or ask if you need anything. They organize coffee or tea upon request and even without being asked. They go to great lengths to please. Wonderful, polite, and genuine – not at all pretentious.

We had a wonderful time. Excellent location, top-notch hospitality and staff. Good and varied breakfast. Highly recommended hotel.
