A disaster! No more hot water after the second day, no solution offered, the bedding was incredibly uncomfortable, noisy because it's right next to the road, and the room wasn't cleaned between guests, not even a quick vacuum. I absolutely do not recommend it! The location was okay, the only positive point.

The best hostel in Florence! During my long stay, I always felt at home. For me, Plus Florence was my first real home in Florence. Everything was always clean and well organized, and every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The restaurant is excellent and very well organized, with an incredibly kind staff. The bar staff are also always friendly and welcoming. But the real gem, for me, was the indoor swimming pool. With its pleasantly warm, almost thermal water, it became part of my daily routine: almost every evening, I went for a swim before going to bed. It was always clean and had a fantastic staff. In that pool, I truly lived my own Florentine dolce vita! 😊 I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and impeccable hospitality throughout my stay. I highly recommend Plus Florence to anyone visiting Florence, whether for a short stay or a longer one. Thank you for everything! ❤️ Burcu

I revisited Hotel L'Orologio Florence. I stayed there on my first visit to Florence and liked it so much that I chose to stay there again on my second visit. The room feels spacious for its square footage. Ah! That's right, the high ceilings! Since you do a lot of walking when sightseeing in Florence, a hotel with a bathtub to soothe your fatigue is invaluable. I requested one again this time, and I was given a room with a bathtub. The staircase in this hotel is so cute! The room is also beautiful! The curtains still have their presence (yes, they're cute). The staff are also very pleasant to be around. Yes. I'm really glad I revisited. Thank you very much. I will visit again.

awful small rooms. Even though I paid for a bigger room, it didnt even have a bath. No city view , nothing. Not adviced. Dont trust no name hotels

I stayed at mixed dorm for one night and it was clean and quite. They have really good staff especially Antonio he was so polite and helpful Outside pool was really nice, Location is great and you can put your luggage after check out for 3€. The only problem was the closet didn’t have a lock.

I had a private room with a large terrace next to it. Lovely views and good service.

The location is super convenient for tourists. But the check in and check out time is quite unusual, the check in is from 3:00 pm, and the check out time is 10:00am. And for deposition luggage is 3€ per person, that is the first hotel who charges for this we met.

Rooms air conditioning was inadequate . We stay me two rooms on two different days. They really have to sort out air conditioning. I was really hot in May end. Location and breakfast is good . Kids above 4 years needs their separate bed as per their policy. So any website which is allowing you to select double bed for 3 people will Cause you trouble during check in. Adoga costed us lot of delay in check in.

This is a very well-equipped and spacious hostel. It has many rooms, a full restaurant, a bar, a pool, and a terrace. You really have everything you need right here in the hostel, in case you don't want to go out. I wouldn't recommend it if you're introverted, as the hostel is often very crowded and the rooms can accommodate many guests (up to 8). The location is excellent—you can walk from the train station and easily reach Florence's main tourist attractions. The downside is that there's only one bathroom and one shower in rooms that can hold up to 8 people. You have to negotiate with other guests regarding lighting, air conditioning, curtains, etc. I only recommend it for a short stay—a maximum of 2 days.
