About this place Voodoo Club

Voodoo Club is situated in the Caruggi — Genoa's extraordinary network of medieval lanes, the largest medieval urban fabric in Europe, a dense labyrinth of vicoli that is alternately intimidating and beautiful. The club hosts regular LGBTQ+ nights alongside its alternative music programming, making it the most underground queer space in the city. The setting alone is worth the journey: medieval Genoa at night, the Caruggi half-dark and full of atmosphere, with the club providing a warm interior at the end of an increasingly unlikely sequence of lanes. The queer nights are programmed sporadically — check the social media for upcoming dates. The non-LGBTQ+ nights are generally alternative, indie and electronic — a crowd that is broadly queer-friendly.

Worst place ever. Concert hall doesn't have good ventilation, we were sweating in crowd. And working staff are just rude.

The service was incredibly rude and the sound quality was terrible. The concert was so crowded that it was difficult to enjoy the performance at all. I felt like they sold far more tickets than the venue could comfortably accommodate. Most of the time, there wasn't even a decent view of the stage. Unfortunately, the visit left a very bad impression. I don't recommend it.

Demonic decor plus S&M photos. But there are those who enjoy it. To me, it's pathological.

The guys from Rzeszów are playing great! What a great start to the concert!
