Perfect. Excellent room, fantastic breakfast, very good location.

Very good, the room was excellent, the bathroom a little small, the staff very attentive and polite, delicious breakfast and the Trattoria was wonderful, they just need to hire someone to carry luggage into the hotel because there are stairs to enter and not everyone can manage the luggage, otherwise everything was fine

Location of hotel is exceptional -- right by train center and easy access to old port areas and wonderful waterfront. Our executive room was large and nicely decorated. A few things prevent me from giving it 5 stars: "vintage" elevator (only one!) is often not working due to others not closing door properly forcing a walk up the stairs -- not too fun with suitcases; the tub and shower are difficult to access and in my view dangerous (ask for walk-in shower); if a tour group happens to be there during your stay expect the morning buffet to be overwhelming for the staff, leaving others no places to sit, insufficient and cold buffet items, and trouble just getting coffee.

We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the hotel. A great bonus was being able to use the amenities of the neighboring 5-star hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the Genova train station. The only minor issue was the beautiful antique elevator, which was not always reliable because the doors had to be closed manually, and some guests did not do this properly, which occasionally meant the elevator would not work and we had to take the stairs instead. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.

This is a 3.5 star hotel at best. It's clean and the location is good. Close to the train station and walkable to many areas. Noisy inside. A quaint and very old elevator that's a bit finiky. Many choices of average restaurants nearby. A couple good ones mixed in.

Actually a good hotel, very centrally located, large room. BUT BEWARE the valet parking service. You park your car in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Then you hand over the car keys at reception, and an employee drives the car to a garage somewhere. When you check out, it's brought back. Unfortunately, we didn't think to walk around the car. Only later did we notice that it had minor damage on the front left. We contacted the hotel by email, but of course, they denied everything. So we're stuck with the bill. Therefore: Be sure to take photos of the car before handing over the keys and check them carefully upon return!

The hotel is an old palace located opposite the train station. There are many places to eat in the area.

Polite and friendly staff at reception, who speak French, and the rooms are pleasant. The breakfast is good and varied. The hotel's location is very convenient: in the city center and very close to the train station. You can easily visit the various sites on foot, by train, bus, or metro.
