Casa Patavina is about a mile north of Padua rail station, in a leafy suburban area. Lianet, the owner, is kind and helpful, and a mine of information about Padua and surrounding towns and cities. I recommend the B&B.

Very impatient owner who tells you off if you go out during the night even for work. All the doors are pretty loud if you close them need some maintenance but in the morning all of this will be your fault. Do not recommend to go out even for a pee. Owners husband is snoring very loud just next door to your room. We were woken up in the morning by the owner so we could just sleep 5 hours even she knew we were working all night and next day needed to drive 9 hours back home. She didn't tell us the checkout time the previous evening didn't even welcome us. No sympathy at all. Because we were rushed I skipped the breakfast. I do not recommend this place.

I stayed in Casa Patavina for 4 nights. First in Lianet's old house and the last nights in her new house. The rooms are beautiful and big. Also the bathrooms are very nice. Everything is clean. The breakfast is great. I can recommend the strong Italian coffee Lianet makes. You are directly wide awake. It's great. Lianet gives nice personal attention to her guests. Her B&B has an informal, cozy and friendly atmosphere The location of the the house is good. It's in a quiet neighborhood in Padua. With the tram you are in less then 10 min in downtown Padua. And by train you are in 30 min in Venice I liked my stay in Lianet's B&B very much. So planning a holiday in Italy? Visit Lianet's B&B Casa Patavina in Padua

A perfect place, economic and pleasant, large rooms, comfortable beds, quiet towards the back. Family breakfast near the kitchen. Nice and clean - the house and the second floor B&B. You will have a lovely stay in Padova, also practical for going to Venice by train. If you ask, the B&B provides a garage for a car.

The place is perfect, from the big and clean room, to the comfort bed and the hot shower after a long day in Venice. The b&b located perfectly for those who want to travel to Venice for day trips- the train station is just a 10 minute walk. It was perfect for us because we rented a car and we didn't want to get in Venice with it. The host is lovely! Deffinetly recommended !!

This is a cozy B&B conveniently located close to the train station. It is also within walking distance to the city centre. There are some really nice shops close by and a beautiful restaurant down the end of the street of the B&B. The building the B&B is located in is charming. We did not really enjoy the shared bathroom facilities, however we were aware of this at the time of booking. The breakfast supplied was quite basic but adequate. We would recommend this as a good honest B&B.

Dear Lianet and Claudia - Just wanted to say that you guys are so good replying to each and every Review you receive whether it's good or bad. Especially one - they must have been pretty hard to please. I think your cheerful, happy disposition and your hospitality outweighs any little negative thing. You have more positive reviews than negative so don't worry. I would not hesitate to stay with you again. Also your accommodation is just a walk from the train station and town. Keep up the good work and keep smiling, it's not easy being in the 'people business' Good Luck Marilyn from Australia

Casa patavina B& B has a very friendly, unique atmosphere, it is absolutely an adorable place to stay in Padova even for a few days or for extended periods. The prices are quite low, taking into account the features and the location. Being close to the railway station it’s easy and comfortable to reach the place. It’s also close to the storical center, a nice walk from the Cathedral of Sant Antonio or Prato della Valle. In summary, warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, good price, perfect hospitality!

Dear Lianet & Claudia. We have not long returned home to Australia after spending a wonderful 3 months in Europe. We enjoyed our 3 day stay with you immensely. The location, the spacious room, having the use of the kitchen and your friendliness and helpfulness in helping us with our many questions was very much appreciated. We wish you well in your Bed & Breakfast. You are beautiful people doing a beautiful job. Thank you. Terry & Marilyn
