Great location, very friendly staff. Renovated, clean rooms with standard amenities.

The hotel provides very minimal services, no in-house laundry service, no around-the-clock cater service, no in-the-room bar. Just nothing! There was too much noise coming from the hallway. Not soundproof. The only positives: it was barely clean and proximity to Basilica of St. Anthony.

Unfortunately, the room was clean, but the bathroom was cramped due to the close proximity of the toilet and shower. The public area, where there were previously sofas and a television, has been removed. It may have been a coincidence with the room, but we weren't very happy with it. The location is well-located for visiting the Church of Sant'Antonio. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We've been staying at this property since 2007, and our experiences have always been positive, even during the renovations. The only downside is that some rooms don't have a mini-bar.
