Qube

Qube is Rome's largest gay disco, a three-floor club in the Portonaccio district best known as the home of Muccassassina — the drag-fuelled Friday night that has run since 1990 and is one of Europe's longest-running queer parties. Expect a men-only techno room, a main commercial-pop floor and an underground electronic space, with theatrical staging and seasonal themes. It's a taxi or bus ride from the centre, but the Friday trek is a Roman rite of passage.
