The B&B, like others, isn't accepting reservations from Smartbox for any dates, despite them being included in the package. Since I find this unfair, I will also report my experience to Smartbox.

I don't understand how this establishment can be so highly rated. The welcome was poor; we didn't understand each other. (It wasn't the manager, who speaks French.) The room is small and poorly maintained, the decor is ugly, and the bedding is really uncomfortable. Besides being poorly insulated, we could hear everything from the neighbors. The breakfast is a joke; they give you a card to drink a coffee and get a pastry at the bar down the street. And the best part is being woken up at 7:30 a.m. by construction that seems to be happening right next to you, in the apartment above... I wish I'd been warned before booking that there was construction going on right above my room; we would have booked elsewhere. The manager doesn't want to hear anything. A disgrace...

Nice B&B, fairly clean, relatively close to the Manzoni metro station. The hostess was kind and helpful, the bed was squeaky but comfortable. The tub/shower near the bed was nice, but a little uncomfortable. Quiet and easy to find.

But I say, why do they sign up for packages like Smart Box if they never have availability!!! Even after several months! Zero seriousness!

very nice rooms, clean and spacious. But the neighborhood is horrible, tags on the walls, garbage everywhere... another face of the city. We didn't feel safe at night, we had to take taxi to go back to the hotel.

I tried to book via email because I have a Wonderbox voucher. It was impossible. Patricia takes a long time to reply to emails and doesn't answer calls. She told me she doesn't have any availability until June, even though Booking.com does have rooms listed...
