My mom and I stayed here for 10 nights in late April, and we had an awesome experience. All of the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has a true classic Italian feel, and I was told the building used to be a monastery. Our room was quiet and we had direct access to a shared outdoor terrace. One of the best aspects of the property is its location! It’s centrally located near many major attractions while still feeling tucked away. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Rome in the future.

A luxurious hotel, a 1700s building. The building itself, which is now a hotel, dates back to the 1700s—that is, it is about 250–300 years old. The furniture is classic. Nothing superfluous. The view from the rooftop American Bar is simply breathtaking. It's superb. The room had everything except a hot cup. There was tea, cafe sugar, and a kettle. Thank you so much. We found the Hotel Form to be a great place to stay for five days! Love the location, food and service. Would definitely recommend.

Does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. Needs renovations.

A backward place, both in terms of mentality and structure. The managers are people who don't know how to innovate or manage the place; it's kept going by sheer inertia, and the neglect is evident. It reflects the context of the Imperial Forums; it's literally stuck in that era.

Rooms, food and location top notch!

Great location! It has an on site, underground parking garage. Walkable to the Colosseum (5-ish min) and Trevi Fountain (about 10 min). Several restaurants within a 3-5 minutes walk. Hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. There is a rooftop bar with wonderful views. Would definitely stay here again.

They cleaned the room every day. Our room was filled with incredibly antique items. It was truly an authentic holiday. The location is close to the Colosseum, metro, and public transport. I would have preferred to stay in a hotel closer to the Spanish Steps, as the city is always lively in that area. The area around the Colosseum is quiet, with only restaurants open at night. My recommendation.

I am extremely disappointed with the hotel reservation policy. Paying for a 2 or 3-day reservation, a work emergency occurred, and I needed to change my travel plans. I was informed by the hotel staff, 'Angela,” that no cancellations or changes are allowed on my $1000 reservation, without a valid reason! Now I am looking for another hotel in the same area that is not the Forum Hotel to make a new reservation that complies with the cancellation policy.

Amazing location and staff. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! The real highlights are the service and the staff!! Spotless rooms and a fantastic location
