The rooms, although small, are comfortable, well laid out, and perfectly functional. The location is ideal and offers excellent value for money for this destination. The only point for improvement concerns the lack of prior information: we were not informed that our accommodation would be in the annex, due to the unavailability of rooms in the main hotel.

Incredible location, could hardly be better. View of colosseum on your doorstep. Clean rooms, working aitcon, polite staff

Overall, a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, there was no parking available, and we had to wait quite a while before a porter came to take our luggage. As the room wasn't ready yet, we used the shared restrooms, which were in a truly appalling state of cleanliness. When we finally got our room, we discovered it was smaller than the one we had booked. The staff told us it was a mistake, without offering any real solution. Breakfast also left us wanting more: limited choices, small portions, and disappointing value for money at €15. Between the reception, the cleanliness, the room mix-up, and the quality of the breakfast, our stay fell far short of our expectations.

A very disappointing stay from beginning to end. Upon arrival, no parking options were offered, and we waited a long time before a porter came to collect our luggage. As our room wasn't ready, we used the shared toilets, which were unfortunately very dirty. Once our room was available, we discovered it was smaller than the one booked. We were simply told it was a mistake. Breakfast was also disappointing: very little choice and a meager selection for €15. Finally, when it came time to pay, we wanted to pay in cash, but this was refused, which we found particularly surprising. Given the price and the expected level of service, the experience was clearly subpar. We do not recommend this establishment.
