Pristina Pride 2026

Pristina Pride started small. In October 2017, that first march was heavily policed. It's grown since then, pulling in people from across Kosovo, plus solidarity groups from Albania, North Macedonia, and other parts of Europe. The 2026 edition keeps that careful but determined growth going.

The Centre for Equality and Liberty (CEL), Kosovo's main LGBTQ+ rights group, organizes the event with other civil society organizations and international embassies. The whole thing usually lasts a weekend. You'll get the main Pride march, but also cultural events, panel discussions, film screenings, and parties.
