I wrote a long letter about gender reassignment. To the email address of this organization. But this organization did not answer me. I have been trying to change my gender for 10 years. I described what documents I have, what doctors I have seen - and that's it. No one answered me. I do not understand the point of this organization - why do they even exist if they cannot help a person with a serious problem. I regularly face discrimination in all state institutions where I have to show my passport. Because I look like a woman, but in my passport I am indicated as a man. But the organization "MOZAIKA" is indifferent to all this - they only write beautifully on their websites, but in practice they ignore trans people. It is very sad, so much so that I want to cry. That even an LGBT organization cannot help with anything.

I tried to contact with the organization. I sent emails and they never replied. After I got informed on instagram from a person who had experience with them. But at the end of it they basically ignored me. So why there is a project like that if they're not going to help people .... Waste of time.
