Good hotel in a good location. The staff is also great and accommodated all of our requests. We had a bad experience with the breakfast, though. Management clearly allows there to be more rooms booked than tables and we had to stand with a plate full of food for almost ten minutes one day. Overall, I'd recommend it, especially if the breakfast isn't important to you. The location is fantastic.

The attic room isn't very soundproof, and climbing the stairs to the fourth floor requires some physical effort.

A good hotel right in the heart of the old town. Prices vary seasonally. In winter, spring, and autumn, a slightly better single room (which is actually a double room) costs under €90 per night (including breakfast). Many sights, restaurants, cafés, and pubs, as well as bus and train stations, are all within walking distance.

The room was nice and clean, although the tub was very tall making it VERY hard to climb in and out of. The temperature inside the hotel is very hot, so it made sleeping uncomfortable. We couldn’t get the air conditioning working until the third night when the staff fixed it. Also, I was surprised there was no water refill station. The location is great - right in the middle of old town so it’s convenient to everything. This also made it loud when trying to sleep but I guess that’s the trade off. The breakfast was not worth the money. Small selection, over crowded, and empty trays. I’d recommend the very short walk down the street to Big Bad Bagels. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent – ​​the sights are easily accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious and stylishly furnished. The hotel is located in a historic building and is spread across several buildings. We were accommodated in building number 2, which does not have an elevator. This can be particularly inconvenient with heavy luggage. During our stay in May (Ascension Day), the temperature dropped to around +4 degrees Celsius in the evenings. Since the rooms were not heated, it was very cold at night. When we raised this issue, we unfortunately received only a lack of understanding from the staff. Dismissing the feedback with the words "That can't be" is completely unprofessional for a hotel of this category. The rooms were not cleaned daily; only the towels were changed. Is this the level of service expected of a 4-star hotel? Breakfast is served in the adjacent bar, "Two More Beers," and was nothing special.
