Great location within short distance of the train station and the old town.

Definitely NOT a four-star quality. The front desk lady first said she can't find our booking, after finding the booking she asked how I would like to pay for the room though it was fully prepaid. Misleading in a way telling us to make sure to book the SPA access in advance and we found out we need to pay for the access to the SPA which is unusual for a SPA hotel when you stay in their rooms. The SHOWER was ridiculously weak, the weakest that I have even experienced with a hotel, we could barely did the shower. A bit snobby on the cleaning, attached a dusty water filling area.

Very nice room, and wonderful SPA. Efficient and nice staff, and delicious breakfast (the crepes were INCREDIBLE).

A great place to relax. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Great view of the Daugava River from the window. There is a water dispenser on the floor where you can fill a mug with unlimited water. The spa is very cozy. 3 saunas, a swimming pool, a massage pool and a cold pool. The breakfast is hearty and delicious.

Modern hotel at the riverside with great breakfast. There were a few things that could be improved, though. The check-in took forever although all the data was already filled in when doing the booking on their website. It was easily 10+ minutes per person which also caused quite some queues in a very small lobby. The room itself looked ok, although the interior was a bit dark. The traffic on the street is quite heavy 24/7 so the noise level made it impossible to keep the window open. There is AC but the air itself feels somehow "old". Bathroom had some wear outs but it was clean. Breakfast on the other hand was amazing. The variety is wonderful, they also fry eggs and make pancakes for you. Breakfast was probably the highlight of the hotel for me. Did not use SPA so cannot comment on that.
