A real surprise! From the moment you arrive, you're struck by the incredible kindness of the hosts: warm, caring, and always smiling—you immediately feel at ease. As for hygiene, there's nothing to complain about: the place is exemplary cleanliness, which is a stark contrast to some Metz establishments like the Blue Club. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and it shows. Another positive point: the clientele is young and dynamic, which is a pleasant change from what you'll find elsewhere in the region. In short, a welcoming, clean, and lively place that makes you want to return. Bravo to the Red Sauna team!

An establishment that borders on perfection! The Red Sauna in Uckange impresses with the quality of its facilities, clearly above average. Special mention goes to the impeccably maintained outdoor pool, at the ideal temperature, and surrounded by a relaxation area where you can happily spend hours. It's a real bonus that makes you want to return when the weather is nice. Inside, everything is designed for comfort: hammam, sauna, cabins… everything works perfectly, nothing seems to have been left to chance. Hygiene is impeccable, the atmosphere is healthy and welcoming, and you can feel a genuine commitment to doing things right. The clientele is young, pleasant, and respectful, and the staff is attentive without being intrusive. Simply a place where you feel good.

As usual, very few people. There were fewer than 10 of us this Saturday, June 21, 2025. Yet the Blue Club sauna in Metz was closed for holidays this week. Coffee at €2.20 is way too expensive. The second towel costs extra, a disgrace! The dry sauna was lukewarm. The employee is very unfriendly. When leaving the RED, as it was very hot, I asked him if he could fill my water bottle with tap water. He told me he didn't have a water fountain! He was clearly mocking me. I strongly advise against this place. I will never go back. I recommend the Blue Club in Metz: it's a very pleasant sauna, in every way...

I went there for the first time today. The gentleman at the entrance was very nice, although I had the impression he was in a hurry, but nothing serious. Despite very few people, it was quite cool and fairly clean. There weren't many people there, which was a shame, but I still had a good look around 🙂🤣🥰

Friendly welcome, clean and well-maintained. Easy parking nearby. Reasonable entrance fee considering the facilities; all that's missing is a jacuzzi 😉

The RED Sauna in Uckange is charming thanks to its friendly and welcoming owners from Luxembourg and Brazil. I felt very comfortable there, as there were many different people, naturally from France, Morocco, and Asia. There were some dashing, athletic, and sexy guys, as well as very friendly and affectionate French people.
