Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to attractions, public transport, and a quiet setting. However, a common complaint is the breakfast, which many find overpriced for its limited selection and quality, and some rooms have issues with noisy or ineffective air conditioning.

The hotel's location is perfect. Breakfast is good, with great fresh fruit every day. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu, but it's convenient and has a nice outdoor seating area, and it's open all day. The room is quite comfortable, with a large bathroom. The "air conditioning" is a portable and virtually ineffective, very noisy unit. There's no wardrobe in the superior double room; you have to live out of your suitcase on the floor. The soap dispensers, including those in the bathroom, were mostly out of order—and this went on for a whole week. There's a lack of attention or concern here. At 3 a.m. several times, there was a terrible racket from the retirement home across the street, partly due to beverage deliveries. If everyone parked intelligently, there would be enough space at the hotel and in the garage.

It was great for us. Very friendly staff. One drawback was that there was only one large towel per person. On the plus side: coffee and tea in the room. Nice terrace on the second floor, very narrow on the third floor. We would gladly stay there again.

Very late check-in (4 pm) – but the room still wasn't cleaned the next day at 4 pm. Unacceptable service for a city hotel. Otherwise, the room was okay, although it lacked air conditioning and was on the ground floor.
