My first visit was for a team Christmas celebration, and the experience was wonderful, which is why I decided to return for dinner today. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the same expectations. Our first waiter came across as unprofessional and unfriendly. After taking quite some time to approach our table, he asked me to speak up in a manner that felt dismissive. Service overall was also very slow;we waited approximately one hour for our starters and another 30 minutes before receiving our mains. As someone who appreciates good food, I was disappointed with the steak and salmon we ordered, as neither lived up to expectations. We each only managed one bite from both dishes before deciding they were not enjoyable. On a positive note, the drinks were excellent. The mocktails,Souk and Copa Cabana were very tasty, and the cocktails, especially the Spicy Margarita and Old Fashioned, were also enjoyable. The spicy chicken was absolutely delicious and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. I also want to give special recognition to Alexandra, whose professionalism and quality service helped improve our overall experience. They also have a rooftop which is open this summer. We were so disappointed at dinner that we couldn’t enjoy our time there but hopefully we will be back. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used to improve future customer experiences because I know the restaurant is capable of delivering much better. Mama 💔 Valentine.

The location is not great because it is in the middle of a concrete jungle. That doesn't really matter because the public transport to the centre of town is totally free. The rooms are nice and clean. It was a bit weird that the card key didn't work anymore before check out time. This resulted in that we had to go back down to the lobby and were still in the room after check out time. But whatever...

The food was very good, but the service was too slow. I had to order at the bar, which made it difficult to recommend. They need to hire more staff!

Hello, I wanted to thank you for this wonderful stay. We were delighted from beginning to end. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the accommodation, the comfort, and the atmosphere. The staff were particularly kind, warm, and always very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The meals were delicious, and the breakfast was truly delightful, served by a particularly friendly, smiling, and very kind employee who was always attentive to the guests. We will cherish the memories of this time and will gladly return. Thank you again for your kindness and attention.
