Excellent service!

Seven days of utter disappointment. The air conditioning was broken, it was 30 degrees Celsius day and night, and the refrigerator was broken in 30-degree heat—can you imagine? Every day I asked customer service if I could get a different room, and nothing happened. I'm back today and incredibly disappointed 😞 😔 😟 🙁 😥

I was there last year... The staff were very friendly and helpful, no complaints there. Overall it was okay, but honestly, I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and unprofessional. At first, everything seemed fine, but the experience ended on a very negative note. After check-out, the staff claimed there was a small stain on a towel and they charge me €75 for it, which is completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, I asked to speak with the manager, but I was told that the manager does not work on Saturdays. This made the situation even more frustrating, as there was no one available to properly handle or review the issue. Additionally, this was not even a real “stain” — it was simply leftover makeup, something that can normally be cleaned without any issue. On top of that, they DID NOT issue any PROPER TAX invoice for this charge, which raises further concerns about their professionalism and transparency. Such a charge is unjustified and feels like an attempt to take advantage of guests. No clear proof was provided, and I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to properly discuss or resolve the issue. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and uncooperative. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for transparency and fairness. Be careful of hidden charges and questionable claims!

No receipt was provided for this charge, and I was told that only management can issue invoices. However, when I asked to speak with management, I was informed that they were not working because it was Saturday. This creates a very concerning situation where guests are charged without any proper documentation or responsible authority present. We waited approximately 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue, but no clear explanation or solution was given. Overall, this experience showed a lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Charging guests excessively without documentation and without management present is simply not acceptable.
