The hotel is very beautiful. It is clean and with all comforts. Rooms are bright and comfortable. The location is very good, near the downtown of the city. The staff is kind and professional in satisfying every need. A a highly recommended hotel.

I was there, the second time, for two nights and I had the pleasure to sleep good, to have great food and to assisted properly by the staff that professionally and kindly supported me in my requests. I would recommend Star Hill hotel to everyone who passes by Prishtina ! Excellent ! Thank you !!!

Stayed for three nights and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast offered a good variety, though the coffee could be better.

Clean hotel, but it's only good for 1 night. The rooms are very small, there's no fridge, there's no space to even open your suitcase, there was no thick duvet, when I asked for one they replied "buy one from Jysk, which is in the mall 25 minutes walk away".

The rooms are really small. When you enter the room you can instantly lay down on the bed. There isn’t a single glass or plate in the room, let’s not talk about a knife or fork. When I ordered food, it came with a plate and I was not allowed to bring it in my room. Luckily I had a carton box and I put my salad inside. “The best experience”. Some of the nights were really cold and when I ask at the reception for a blanket, they told me to go JUSK, unbelievable. There is a music at the corridors and you can hear it in your room as well. Even during the night the music doesn’t stop. The thing that was the worst for me was that you can’t put “do not disturb” on your room because you must have the card inside in order to have electricity and to activate “do not disturb” button. And of course you CANT GET a second card. They are entering your room everyday, no matter what. You can’t use the underground parking, because “it is reserved”, yet there was no cars inside, but they made me move my car and park it outside. If you want or ask for something you get a look and they always have to call the manager as if you are asking for something enormous. The breakfast is not enough for everybody, because they don’t make it at the hotel, but it is delivered and sometimes the tomatoes or the pancakes are the first to go and there is no more. Also there is no chocolate for the pancakes but common that was insignificant concern.

Great staff, comfortable rooms and an easy access to key city points in Prishtina. The food was great especially the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. Will stay again! Here
