Dirty rooms, no hot water, light switches, toilet flush, and several other things broken – horrible.

Great value for money. Personel and owner very welcoming with great energy. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Rooms were clean. Spa and pool in function and did a great job for us and our kids. Highly recommend the hotel!!

The staff was super polite and always helpful. The environment was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, with very easy access to the center. A great stay!

The staff was friendly, but our experience was disappointing nonetheless. We had specifically chosen this hotel because of a bathtub in our room and the hotel's wellness facilities, as it was a rainy day. The wellness area was very dirty. The water in the jacuzzi was filthy and the temperature too cold. The showers in the sauna smelled of urine. There were cigarettes on the floor. A dirty pair of underwear was hanging in the sauna. There was extremely loud music by the pool. Children and teenagers were jumping into the pool. There was also no hot water in our hotel room due to a problem (very annoying, but that can happen, of course), so we could not use the bath, and moreover, the bath was smaller than in the photos. My advice to the hotel: keep the children and teenagers under control! My advice to potential future guests: book another hotel!
