Hotel Premium

We arrived in Prishtina to find our accommodation had closed. We straight away saw the Hotel Premium, it looked very clean attractive. On enquiring the very helpful staff showed us options for 4 adults to stay. We went with one of their apartments, which was fantastic. 3 double beds and one king size. Lovely toilet shower room,functional small kitchen. Would highly recommend this property, great value for money

The hotel is very dirty and a strong smell of cigarette smoke permeates the room. Basic amenities like an electric kettle are not provided. The overall condition of the room is deplorable; everything seems neglected and poorly maintained. After leaving an honest review on Booking.com, I received a threatening message from the establishment, which is completely unacceptable. Beware, there is no elevator and the hotel has four floors!

It's within walking distance of the city center. It's a very clean hotel. The hotel I booked before coming to Pristina was very far from the city and very dirty, so we found this one in a hurry and we're happy with it. There's no elevator. Parking is a problem. Private parking costs 10 Euros per night. Finding a spot on the street is a bit difficult. There's no breakfast, but they offer free coffee. I paid 50 Euros per day for a room for three people.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – highly recommended! Hotel Premium exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh every morning. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city. Whether for business or a short getaway, I’d definitely stay here again. Great value for the service provided!

The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a cozy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to explore Prishtina, whether I was in town for business or leisure. What really stood out was the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was handled with genuine care and attention to detail.

Best hotel in town🤩🤩🤩🤩

This hotel is a complete scam and does not even deserve a 1-star rating. The rooms (we've changed 3 rooms) were filthy, with food scattered on the floor, a full ashtray in one of the drawers, and an unclean bathroom and towels. The rooms were not serviced and were extremely noisy. There are no proper facilities, and the staff were unhelpful and indifferent. To make it even worse, after we left early and booked another place, the staff canceled our reservation to prevent us from leaving a review through the booking portal. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
