Tęczowe Centrum – Rainbow Centre

Tęczowe Centrum — the Rainbow Centre — is the physical and institutional heart of LGBTQ+ life in Gdańsk and the broader Tri-City area. The venue operates simultaneously as a bar, a community event space, a meeting point for LGBTQ+ organisations, and a safe space for queer people in northern Poland seeking a specifically supportive environment. The programme includes community discussions, support groups, film screenings, fundraisers, and social events that serve the Gdańsk LGBTQ+ community's organisational infrastructure as well as its social needs. For visiting LGBTQ+ tourists, Tęczowe Centrum is the most direct entry point into the Gdańsk community — the staff and regulars are knowledgeable about the local scene, the events calendar is the best source for what is happening in the Tri-City area during your visit, and the bar itself is a warm and welcoming environment at any time. The centre is also involved in the organisation of the annual Tri-City Pride march.
