Novotel Wrocław Centrum

A great hotel for a family getaway. We'll remember our few days in Wrocław for walks along the dwarf trail, beautiful monuments, and the city's wonderful atmosphere. Thanks to the excellent hotel facilities and the Novotel's location, we were able to perfectly relax and recharge for further travels. A great room, excellent food, and, of course, the people who take care of us here: the service. Everything is a 10/10. We especially thank Alicja at the front desk for her help, empathy, kind words, and smile. She's the best. We will definitely return and recommend her to others.

Perfect location, close to the train station, parks, buses, and the city center, but not too far away to be inconvenient. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. It's very quiet, and the gym is small but adequate. The service was very good, quick, and friendly.

A very pleasant hotel with a good location. The food is truly delicious. Fresh and high-quality ingredients. A special mention goes to a guy named Maciej who prepares fresh and delicious omelets on the spot! He's easily the heart of this hotel! They should make him a dwarf!
