This feels like a luxury hotel without the price tag! Great amenities, insightful staff, and extremely clean! 30 minute walk to town, and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Highly recommend staying here!

I would first like to emphasize that the hotel is visually very appealing and the location is also excellent. Unfortunately, the overall positive impression was overshadowed by several incidents that we found extremely unprofessional. During our stay, our room was entered while we were sleeping. The reason given was a possible water leak. However, we expect guests' privacy to be respected and that rooms should not be entered without prior notice. It was particularly concerning that we returned to our room after an excursion and found the door slightly ajar. Since we had been out for several hours, all our personal belongings and valuables were unattended and accessible to others during that time. This made us feel considerably unsafe. Another unpleasant incident occurred when two female employees suddenly entered our room without knocking or any prior announcement. Here, too, our privacy was violated in a way that we would not expect from a hotel of this category. In addition, the telephone in the room rang in the middle of the night. We were informed that someone would be coming by shortly to help us with the air conditioning – even though we had never reported a problem with it. This call was understandably confusing and unnecessarily disruptive. It's a shame, because the hotel itself and its excellent location would have deserved a much better rating. However, due to the repeated incidents and the lack of attention to privacy and security, we unfortunately cannot recommend the service.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Being a brand-new hotel, it provides excellent comfort. The rooms were spotless, the staff was wonderful, and the wellness facilities, from the indoor pool and sauna to the amazing Turkish bath, were a major highlight. Breakfast was also very good. We stayed on a higher floor which gave us some absolutely amazing views. Overall, a fantastic experience and this will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit again.

I thought the room was a good size and they have underground parking for a fee. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Obviously it’s location is closer to the beaches than to old town but we didn’t mind walking to old town. There’s a great sunset spot on the boardwalk that’s pretty close to the hotel which we went to every night. There’s breakfast buffet is actually decent age restaurant served really good food also

Overall good experience / location close enough to town to walk or an Uber was like €4 so not a problem doing that. Didn’t like that the hotel charged for using their underground car park. Pillows felt cheap and not good. Shower gel was cheap, had to use lots and it was empty on arrival. Overall good value for money just lacked some finishing touches to take it up a level.
