About this place Purex Club

Purex is a small bar on Rua das Salgadeiras, in the Bairro Alto lanes. It has a DJ and a modest dance floor, and it has long been popular with a mixed queer, arty crowd, with more women than most of Lisbon's gay bars. It's informal and friendly, and it tends to fill up late. Our hours show Wednesday to Saturday from 22:00, until 02:00 midweek and 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Like most Bairro Alto bars, it's tiny and people end up drinking in the street.

Cool queer bar with great music. Prices were good. Very small so gets very busy. As lesbians we expected to see a few more wlw, seems to cater more to the gay crowd. Still fun! Just continuing our search for lesbian bars!
