As a customer, I have paid for both the entrance and the consumption each time, without making a fuss or making any comments, although the services provided are below any acceptable standard. However, what happens in this place exceeds any tolerance limit. Access to basic facilities is managed abusively, customers are treated with disrespect, and the staff behaves recalcitrantly and unprofessionally. There are serious indications of non-compliance with the legislation in force, including with regard to the taxation and organization of the activity. The fact that the authorities are called or intervene frequently is not a coincidence, but a direct consequence of the way in which this place is managed. Under these conditions, I inform you that, if these problems persist, I will file official complaints with all competent institutions and support legal actions to verify the activity carried out. I do not recommend and will not recommend this place, as long as safety, legality and respect for the customer are constantly ignored.
