We really enjoyed it; the rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff were lovely, as was Felipe, the restaurant waiter, who was very friendly and professional at all times. The food was very, very good. I recommend it 100%! ☺️

I stayed at the Hotel Folch in Andorra during a motorcycle trip. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so I was glad to have somewhere to stay. The hotel is roughly equivalent to a basic mid-range hotel (3 stars). The overnight stay was perfectly adequate for one night, but without any particular highlights. It's a very large hotel with many guests, which is quite noticeable. Breakfast was okay, although somewhat different from the typical European breakfast one is used to. The selection was sufficient, but nothing special. The garage was a definite plus: I was able to park my motorcycle easily and securely, which was important for me on the trip. In conclusion: Solid accommodation for an overnight stop on a motorcycle trip – functional, but without any particular comfort or charm.

The entire staff is lovely and very helpful, especially Luis in the dining room. He made the stay even more enjoyable!

The staff were very attentive at all times, the breakfast was weak and it's true that the rooms need a good cleaning.

We stayed at the hotel during a ski trip and had a great experience. The room is a bit small, but if you're going skiing and are really just staying at the hotel to sleep and relax, it's more than enough. Breakfast is very good, and they even make freshly fried eggs, which are delicious. Perhaps adding more fruit would be nice. Dinners were spectacular, with a choice of three courses: starter, main, and dessert—all very good. The staff was excellent. We forgot our key card in the room, and they gave us another one without any problem. When we asked for towels, they brought them very quickly. They were always willing to help us. We especially want to highlight the service from Luis, a very attentive, friendly, and efficient waiter. As a minor detail, the toilet seat in the bathroom isn't very comfortable because it seems to wobble a bit. Even so, we would definitely return.
