Excellent hotel! We loved everything: the staff were wonderful, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended! Great hotel! We simply loved everything: the service was wonderful, the rooms very cozy and clean, and the location perfect.
We spent one night there, three of us and our dog. The room was wonderful, and they even gave our pet several little gifts—a really nice touch! The Andalusian girl at reception was lovely; sorry I didn't ask her name. Everything was fantastic, highly recommended, and the breakfast was very good.
This was our second stay at Hotel Casual Pop Art Benidorm, and it felt just as special as the first. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. A heartfelt thank you to Tamara and Dani at reception for their kindness, professionalism, and always being ready to help with a smile. Special thanks as well to Jawad in the breakfast area, whose friendliness and attention made every morning a pleasure. We were truly touched by the lovely wedding anniversary gift the hotel prepared for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay. We look forward to returning again! ❤️😊 Siham & Mohamed
We stayed two nights this week. The room was a decent size, the bathroom seemed fairly new, but there was hair in the shower. The hallways were a bit creepy. The buffet was limited, with little variety, and what they did serve, like the bacon (a kind of small sausage), didn't seem to have been cooked that morning. They have a room downstairs where you can leave your luggage in lockers, but the room wasn't clean, and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned for days. They smelled awful. The hotel is well located, but I won't be back. The room faces the street, not the beach area, so you can hear all the neighbors; it feels like they're right there with you on the tiny terrace. Shortly after we arrived at the hotel, a drunk guy came in and sat down at reception. We don't know if he was a guest or if he just got lost because he was so drunk. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but I thought I'd mention it. The staff were just okay. They seemed a bit indifferent to everything. One day at breakfast, a girl started "arguing" with another classmate about something she disagreed with.
I wasn't expecting the rooms to be so large and comfortable given the hotel's category. A very pleasant surprise. Breakfast, however, was another story—quite ordinary. I can't recall anything I ate that tasted good.
